By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order for any Inspiredio fragrance or gift pairing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our related policies.

2. Customer Eligibility & Accurate Information

By purchasing from Inspiredio, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity under the laws of Pakistan to enter into binding agreements.
• All registration, delivery, and payment information provided during checkout is accurate, current, and complete.
• The contact telephone / WhatsApp number and delivery address provided are active and accessible so our logistics team and courier partners can coordinate delivery handover.

3. Fragrance Products & Olfactory Expectations

Inspiredio formulates and packages premium luxury fragrances crafted for presence, personal expression, and gifting.

Please note that natural variations in personal scent perception do not constitute a product defect. However, this clause does not limit your consumer rights regarding genuinely damaged bottles, broken atomizers, courier leakage, or incorrectly fulfilled items, which are fully protected under our Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Pricing, Currency & Availability

• Currency: All fragrance prices displayed on the website are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.).
• Price Revisions: Prices, shipping estimates, and promotional bundles are subject to adjustment without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the exact time your order is confirmed.
• Product Availability: All fragrance bottles, limited batches, and couple pairings are subject to stock availability. In the rare event an ordered item becomes unavailable after placement, our customer care team will notify you promptly to offer a replacement or immediate refund.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through our checkout constitutes an offer to purchase the specified fragrance. Order confirmation occurs as follows:

• Automated Order Confirmation: Upon completing checkout, you will receive an automated order confirmation via screen, email, or SMS. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order request and does not constitute final legal acceptance.
• Order Acceptance & Dispatch: A binding contract is formed once your order is verified, packed, and handed over to our courier partner for delivery.
• Right of Refusal / Cancellation: Inspiredio reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any order in exceptional circumstances, including:
  • Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or automated bot transactions;
  • Obvious typographical or pricing errors on the website;
  • Incomplete, unreachable, or unverified delivery addresses;
  • Areas deemed unserviceable by our courier network within Pakistan.

6. Payment Terms

Available payment methods are shown during checkout or confirmed during order processing:

• Electronic Payments: Where electronic card or digital wallet payment is enabled, transactions are handled through authorized payment processing providers.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Where Cash on Delivery is offered and confirmed for an order, payment must be handed over in cash to the courier representative upon delivery.

7. Shipping & Doorstep Delivery

Inspiredio delivers physical fragrance products within serviceable areas in Pakistan. Dispatch timings, shipping rates, and delivery estimates are communicated during order processing and checkout, as outlined in our dedicated Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon successful delivery by the courier partner to the address specified in your order.

8. Packaging, Bottle Presentation & Imagery

We take pride in our aesthetic bottle designs, cap finishes, and luxury presentation boxes. While we make every effort to display bottle designs, label textures, and packaging colors accurately on screen, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting, monitor displays, or subtle batch packaging refinements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on inspiredio.com—including trademarks, the "Inspiredio" brand name, logo marks, product formulations, bottle photography, creative text, editorial descriptions, graphics, and interface code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Inspiredio and is protected under the copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Pakistan.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior express written authorization from Inspiredio.

10. Prohibited Site Usage

You agree not to use the Inspiredio website to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
• Interfere with, damage, or compromise website servers, networks, or checkout security;

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law in Pakistan:

• Inspiredio provides the website and fragrances on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, beyond those statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded by law.
• Inspiredio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website unavailability, delivery delays caused by external events, or customer allergic reactions to fragrance ingredients (customers are advised to review olfactory profiles and perform patch tests before full application).
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the specific fragrance in dispute.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, as well as any disputes arising out of or related to your purchase of Inspiredio products, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any legal proceedings or claims shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
